Online Hostel Booking For Freshers is Open (E&T)

The enrollment into the respective institutions will happen in two stages:

Stage 1: The Online Enrollment: Click Here

Please note that the online hostel booking facility is available ONLY for Kattankulathur Campus and Ghaziabad Campus. Those who have taken admission in Ramapuram Campus and Vadapalani Campus must approach / write to the respective campus Deans.

For Candidates who have already submitted the 12th Board results or degree results (whichever is applicable) and eligibility ascertained during Counselling /Admission, paid full tuition fees and Registration-cum-Counselling fee

  • Use the online enrolment password
For Candidates who have NOT submitted the 12th Board results or degree results (whichever is applicable) during counselling / admission and NOT paid the full tuition fees
Online hostel booking (Optional only) Online enrollment (Mandatory)
  • Pay the full tuition fees
  • Complete the Eligibility mark check process in online enrollment and it has to be approved as Eligible.
  • Then use the online enrolment password given at the end of this document to book hostel
  • Log on to URL http://counseling.srmuniv.ac.in/srmoep
  • Enter and also upload your 12th Board or Degree mark sheet for eligibility check.
  • Pay the balance tuition fee, if any. Verify all particulars of your bio data
  • Provide additional information, wherever necessary
  • Upload photos of yourself and your parents/guardian and submit
  • Directorate of Admissions will check the eligibility and fees due within 2 working days.
  • The eligibility approved and fee full paid status will be intimated to the candidate.
  • If the candidate is found eligible and NO fees due, then the candidate can proceed with the hostel booking

 

Stage 2: The On-campus enrollment will be scheduled 4 to 5 days ahead of the commencement of classes, at the respective Institutions / Campuses. Class commencement for different campuses will be updated shortly.

During the On-Campus enrollment, you need to submit all certificates in original for verification and receive your Student ID Card. The candidate can be denied admission at this stage too, if the candidate does not meet the minimum eligibility criteria for a particular programme and for a particular campus.
